Refund Policy

Clear, fair, and transparent

1. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the venue on the booked date, no refund will be issued. Your booking is considered void.

2. When Refunds Apply

A refund is applicable only if:

  • Your QR code is scanned at the venue entrance
  • Entry is explicitly rejected through the CLUB!N verification system
  • The rejection is confirmed via the official system (not a verbal denial)

3. When Refunds Do NOT Apply

No refund will be issued if entry is denied due to:

  • User behavior or misconduct
  • Intoxication at the time of arrival
  • Violation of club policies (including dress code or profile criteria)
  • Capacity limits reached after your arrival
  • User failure to present valid ID

4. Platform Fee

The platform fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

This covers ticket generation, QR code creation, and booking processing costs.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 24 hours of the booking date at supportclubin@gmail.com with your booking code and a brief description of what happened.
