1. Platform Nature

CLUB!N is a digital marketplace platform that connects users with nightlife venues.

CLUB!N:

• Does not own or operate any club
• Acts only as a facilitator for bookings

2. Booking & Entry Policy

• A booking generates a QR-based ticket for entry request only
• Entry is NOT guaranteed
• Final entry decision lies solely with the club management

Clubs may apply:

• Profile checks
• Dress code policies
• Capacity restrictions
• Internal entry criteria

3. Pricing & Payments

• A non-refundable platform fee is charged for ticket generation
• Club prices are controlled by the club and subject to change anytime

Payment options:

• Online
• Partial online + pay at club

4. Refund Policy (Summary)

• No refund in case of no-show
• No refund if entry is denied due to user behavior, intoxication, or violation of club policies
• Refund applicable only if entry is denied by the club after scanning and rejecting a valid CLUB!N QR-code ticket through the official verification system at the venue
• Platform fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

5. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Be 18+
• Carry valid government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
• Follow club rules and policies
• Maintain proper conduct

6. Club Authority

Clubs have full authority to:

• Accept or reject entry
• Change pricing
• Modify event details

CLUB!N is not responsible for these decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

CLUB!N is not liable for:

• Denial of entry
• Club policies (including dress code or profile-based decisions)
• Incidents inside the club
• Loss or damages

8. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed via Razorpay. CLUB!N is not responsible for payment failures.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

10. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
